Mike Tirico has handled a variety of assignments for ESPN, ESPN Radio and ABC Sports since 1991. Mike has one of the most high-profile positions in sports television as ESPN’s Monday Night Football play-by-play commentator, for which he garnered a Sports Emmy nomination...and now he joins another ESPN veteran Scott Van Pelt for an hour of afternoon mayhem.

"Clearly some execs made a decision that will ultimately cost them their jobs," Van Pelt says of his more prominent role with ESPN Radio. College sports weekend preview show from a fan’s perspective. “The Push”, hosted by Paul Maxwell and Michael Alsobrooks will focus primarily on Tennessee, SEC, and other top national college sports match-ups, in that order.  “The Push” will also explore topics such as handicapping, responsible gambling and money management from top rate professionals.
